- Ashland's Max Watson won the 2021 Ohio Amateur Championship in a playoff, as Akron's Cade Breitenstine and Youngstown's Ken Keller finished T4;

- Alec Miller (Boys 15U), Ajay Morris (Boys 16-19) and Aaryanna Morris (Girls 19U) won their NCJT Tour Championship divisions at Quail Hollow;

- Chris Pollak, Michael Lee, Kelly Mulcahy and Natalie Kostalnick won their divisions at the 2021 NOPGA Junior Tour Championship at Club Walden;

- Luke Schreck won the Boys Division, while Kavya Chada & Elizabeth Hohman were Girls co-champions at the 2021 NEO High School Invitational;

- Chris Okeson shot 74 on a tough setup to win the 2021 Sleepy Hollow Championship by one shot, as nine players qualified for the Cleveland Am;
