-last Saturday's NOHIO.GOLF Series 2-Player Better Ball at Oak Shadows Golf Club in New Philadelphia was a 45 degree rain-out, with a reschedule date to be announced;

- the season-opening NOPGA Spring Thaw Shamble at Chippewa GC in Doylestown last week Monday was thawed enough, but the pros also couldn't escape a rain-out;

- Chardon Lakes Golf Course is now taking signups for its summer-long Friday Mixed Couples League, which starts weekly on May 27th;

- Watch for a preview story of the 2022 Akron District Golf Association season to hit the site this coming week;
