- Centerville won the OHSAA Girls Division I State Championship while Medina Highland finished fourth and Magnificat fifth, as Highland's Isabella Goyette finished T4, Magnificat's Cara Heisterkamp 7th;

- Mike Simpson and Ryan Culbertson used two back nine eagles to nip the team of Kevin Miller and Mitch Levengood by one shot in the Zoar Fall 2-M Scramble;

- First Tee Akron's Michael Clark has been nominated for LPGA*USGA LaBauve Spirit Award, one of 81 nominees across the country nominated by their Girls Golf parents and peers;
