- Dr. Jeff Mallette roasted the West Course last Saturday with a bogey-free 62 on his way to winning the Firestone Senior Club Championship;

- Steve Blackburn Jr. now leads the Cleveland Metroparks Golf Player of the Year points race, but two other players still have a chance to catch him with one event to go;

- Tom Laubacher and Brian Huntley went crazy-low at Shady Hollow in Senior A at the NOGA Flighted 2-Player Scramble, while John Karamas and Adam Jones won the A Flight by one;

- Tyler McHugh and Jimmy Wild won the Madison 2-M Scramble;
