NOGA's BOB WHARTON PASSES

Former Executive Director of the Northern Ohio Golf Association, Bob Wharton, passed away on Friday, March 15th at the age of 88. Wharton led NOGA from 1993 to 2005 and accomplished some amazing things for golf in our region during his tenure. A TRIBUTE TO BOB ON NOGA.ORG >

CALL FOR ENTRIES

- Normally we start with a call for the first scheduled tournament of the year, which is the Zoar 3-Man Stepback Scramble (above) on Sat, March 30. But tournament director Brad Haynes is so great at what he does that this event is already SOLD OUT! If you've played Zoar in the past and are not yet registered, you can try to call Brad and beg your way in. But be forewarned: he's already pushing close to 30 teams after capping it at 24 on his tee sheet...
