89th Northeast Ohio Amateur Championship

- entry deadline is Thursday for the 54-hole Northeast Ohio Amateur Championship in three divisions at Windmill Lakes Golf Club June 8-10;

- the Ungvary Memorial Jumble at Good Park is this Sat, June 8th, with six hole segments of scramble, better ball and alternate shot plus total;

- the Zoar Senior Amateur Championship is also on Saturday, June 8.

- the NOGA Stroke Play Championship at Portage CC on Thurs, June 13;

- NEOHgolf.com Stroke Play at Mill Creek South in Boardman on Sat, June 15;

NEWS & NOTES:

- the Sunbelt Senior Tour comes to Cleveland in June with the Triv's Cleveland Senior Open and Pro-Am at Columbia Hills then the Cleveland Classic at Walden;

- rounds played in April 2019 were up 56% over 2018, and year-to-date is up 64%;

- the junior golf tours really get rolling now, so watch for results from the North Coast Junior Tour, NOPGA Jr Tour, Southwest Junior Tour and select events.
