When the weather cooperates, recreational golf is being played. But leagues and tournaments have been put on hold until May 1 because of a broad COVID-19 ban on "recreational sports tournaments" and "organized recreational sports leagues". Should golf be included in the Governor's order? Should any outdoor sport?
