Akron Archbishop Hoban earned a comeback state championship, posting 300 in the final round to top first-round leader Olentangy Liberty by 17 shots. Hoban senior Chris Pollak (holding trophy) shot two consecutive 71s to earn the individual title by two strokes over Liam Curtis of Kent Roosevelt.

Kettering Archbishop Alter posted a sterling Monday team score of 290 at Firestone North to win the Boys D2 State Championship by 26 shots for their third consecutive state title. Alter’s Matthew Kreusch shot a spectacular final round 66 to finish at 140 to share the individual title with first-round leader Finley Bartlett of Wyoming, who shot 68-72. BOYS D2 RESULTS >

Columbus Academy won their third consecutive OHSAA Girls Division II State Championship, running away with the title by 27 shots. CA’s Eva Lim backed up her first-round leading 72 with a closing 71 to win the individual championship by four shots. GIRLS D2 RESULTS >
