A two hour lightning delay sent many teams home, but the 11 teams who stuck it out had clear weather for the front nine scramble at Chippewa in Monday’s Scratch League.
John Kabasky and Nate Petry took advantage.
Making an eagle-3 on the par-5 third hole, they won the only skin on the session and took first place by a single shot over three teams, finishing at 5-under par total for the victory.
With their double-dip, Kabasky and Petry jump to T4 on the 2020 Leaderboard…
