Nolan Turpin will be taking over at Cloverleaf after Adam Michel left to take a coaching position at Ashland University. Michel is hoping that Cloverleaf’s success will continue on after his departure: “It was a pleasure coaching the girls for 14 years and the program is in great shape to continue the conference winning streak.” Turpin is looking to his lone senior, Jenna McGarry to lead the program throughout the 2022 season. Turpin said, “Our program is going to be very young. I’m excited to see our younger girls take advantage of their opportunity and compete at a high level!”

Field finished one spot away from advancing to Districts in their Sectional Tournament at The Pines in 2021, although it was a pretty significant gap from 4th place St. Vincent-St. Mary. The Falcons will also have to adjust to life without now-graduated Devon Carpenter, last year’s best scorer. An experienced class of juniors will need to step up and get a little help from incoming players and Field could make some noise in Division 2.
