The Ohio Golf Association starts out its 2025 season conducting three consecutive USGA Qualifying Tournaments, then follows that with a series of regional qualifiers for the Ohio Amateur Championship.
In conjunction with the USGA, the OGA will run U.S. Women’s Open Final Qualifying at New Albany Country Club on Thursday, May 1, then U.S. Senior Open Local Qualifying at Worthington Hills Country Club on Monday, May 5, followed by U.S. Open Local Qualifying at Pinnacle Golf Club on Monday, May 12.
After that, its on to regional qualifying for the Ohio Amateur, which will be played this year at Zanesville Country Club on July 15 – 18. Qualifying sites include Belmont Country Club in Toledo on Thu May 22, both Elyria Country Club west of Cleveland and NCR Country Club in Dayton on Tue May 27, Losantiville Country Club in Cincinnati on Thu June 5, Fairlawn Country Club in Akron on Mon June 23, and York Golf Club in Columbus on Thu June 26.
The OGA will also conduct three additional USGA Qualifying Tournaments in 2025: U.S. Senior Women’s Open Final Qualifying at Wedgewood Golf & Country Club on Wed July 9; U.S. Amateur Final Qualifying at Ohio State University Golf Course on Wed July 30; and U.S. Mid Amateur Qualifying at The Club at Tartan Fields on Wed, August 13.
Finally, the OGA has four of its own events to complete the season: the Ohio Junior Championship at Ashland Golf Club June 9 – 11, the Ohio Senior Amateur Championship at Country Club of the North in June 16 – 18 on June 16 – 18, the OGA Public/Municipal Championship at Raymond Memorial Golf Course in Columbus on August 18 – 19, the Ohio Mid Amateur Championship Brookside Golf & Country Club in Worthington on August 25 – 27, and the Ohio Two Man Best Ball Championship at Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club in Powell on September 8 – 9.
