Aces, Back-to-Back! Blackburn Jr., Angie Hole em Out

During a casual Sunday round at the Maple Nine at Fowlers Mill Golf Course in Chesterland last weekend, Steve Blackburn Jr. spun a 9-iron back into the hole on the 150-yard 4th for an ace. The group went wild.

Then Mike Angie, playing as Jr.’s partner at the time, grabbed a wedge, stepped up — and produced his own ace, a one-hopper from the left!

Back to back one-shotters on the same hole!

The calculated odds of back-to-back aces are 17 MILLION to 1.

Needless to say, opponent partners Steve Blackburn Sr. and Mark Foss lost the hole…
