Broce Takes Lead in PGA Professionals Championship

Jamie-Broce120NOPGAJamie Broce, a Northern Ohio PGA Member who is the golf coach at the University of Toledo, sits on top of the leaderboard after the second round of the 2014 PGA Professional National Championship in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Broce is 4 under par after two rounds and leads by one shot over Ryan Helminen of Menasha, WI.

NOPGA members Rob Moss of Pepper Pike and Gary Trivisonno of Windmill Golf Center sit in a tie for ninth place at even par 144.

Karen Paolozzi, NOPGA, also made the cut after a sizzling back-nine 32 at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club. She is only the second woman to make the cut in the event’s history.
