It is time to start thinking of green fairways, smooth greens, and the scenic beauty of the Cleveland Metropark Golf courses!
Despite the winter blanket, the Cleveland Metroparks Golf team is preparing for the upcoming 2026 season. All programs, events, and lessons are now open for registration as of Monday, January 19th.
Once again, we will have a variety of instructional programs to suite many skill levels, as well as day and time.
Our most popular Introduction to Golf series will help new golfers of any age learn the fundamentals and how to take their practice to the course. We will also have a variety of one day skill clinics for those that are seeking a more specialized training environment.
Multiple junior camps, clinics, and leagues will be available across the Emerald Necklace, too.
Don’t forget about our Family Fun Events such as Moonlight Golf, where you can experience the links like never before.

For those seeking a more competitive vibe, our Player of the Year Series welcomes all amateur golfers in a wide array of formats. The highlight of the series are the six Course Championships played over five different two-day weekends in 2026, with the top finishers in each event earning their place in the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship.
We are looking forward to continuing to host the popular Women’s and Senior Greater Cleveland Amateur Championships, too.
All of the Player of the Year Series events are now open for registration through the Cleveland Metroparks website, and are also listed for easy, direct access on the OHIO.GOLF Tournament Calendar.
If you have any further questions about any of these events, please contact the host Golf Professional at any of the Cleveland Metropark Golf Courses.
All Cleveland Metropark Golf Courses and Driving Ranges will be open as soon as the weather allows. Check out the new CMG Golf Course Status Dashboard for that information.
We look forward to seeing everyone real soon!
