The 16th edition of the Farmers National Bank Greatest Golfer Championships is August 8, 9 and 10.
This is the main event of summer golf in the Valley, with 350 players in 14 divisions playing the eight public and private courses that make up our circuit.
All of it starts at the two Donald Ross-designed Mill Creek Golf Courses on Friday.
All of it ends at The Lake Club — the one and only championship course for Greatest Golfer — on Sunday.
Everyone plays 36 holes at the best private and public courses in greater Youngstown. The top 96 players across the divisions “Make Lake” — the Sunday finals.
Registration fee is still $189, and that covers your golf, cart, range, lunch and gift. Divisions will begin to fill up around July 15 and after. We will close entry July 31.
Players need to have established league, traveling group or digital handicap that can be defended.
Divisions are rotated annually around our collection of private and public courses.
Below are the 2025 course assignments both by DIVISION and by COURSE. The first course listed under each DIVISION is the Friday play location. The second listed course is for Saturday play.
Play at Mill Creek has an 8 a.m. wave and a 1 p.m. wave. See AM, PM or AM/PM designation next to division. All other course times are approximately 10 am starts. The full final schedule will be out in July. This lineup is subject to change if registrations surprise us. Practice rounds are available at Trumbull, Avalon, Squaw and Salem on their rate plans.
