The property owners of Rosemont Country Club in Fairlawn, doing business as Montrose Club, yesterday served an eviction notice to Kevin Larizza‘s Triangle Golf Properties in an effort to force Larizza out of their existing management contract.
In response this morning, Larizza filed suit in Summit County Common Pleas Court against Montrose Club for breach of contract. That detailed court filing outlining the legal issues can be found here. As of today, the management of the property remains with Triangle Golf.
