PREVIEW: 2026 NOGA Net Series

The Northern Ohio Golf Association announces its 2026 Net Series schedule, featuring tournaments spanning across Northern Ohio and offering players a variety of competitive opportunities throughout the season.

The Net Series provides golfers of all skill levels with a chance to compete, contend, and enjoy tournament golf in a welcoming and inclusive environment. With handicaps leveling the playing field, each event gives players a unique opportunity to test their games against peers from across the region, regardless of experience or ability.

The 2026 schedule features a strong lineup of premier host clubs, each bringing its own character and challenge.

The series begins with the always popular Net Stroke Play #1 + Match Play Qualifier at Oberlin Golf Club, setting the tone — and the individual match play brackets — for the season.

The remainder of the schedule highlights a Net Four-Ball Series consisting of two qualifiers leading to the Net Four-Ball Championship at the renowned Firestone Country Club (Fazio Course). Each Net Four-Ball Qualifier will include both an amateur and senior amateur division, with the top six teams from each division at every qualifier earning a spot in the Net Four-Ball Championship.

The Net Four-Ball #1 + Match Play Qualifier serves as a key pathway for teams looking to qualify for the season-long match play competition, too.

Additionally, NOGA is conducting a Par-3 Championship and the long-running Jan Taylor Mixed Couples Tournament, bringing even more variety.

Players are also reminded to take advantage of additional opportunities to compete in other net format event series throughout the season, including the 2-player scramble Doubles Golf Series and the regionally-focused Toledo Series, both of which feature net divisions.

All NOGA tournaments are open to any amateur golfer, male or female, age 19 or older, who holds an active GHIN Handicap Index® through an authorized NOGA member club at the time of registration.
