Brett Kaufman + Daniel Belden, from Akron and Canton respectively, shot a better ball 7-under par 64 at Worthington Hills Country Club on Monday, and lead after Round 1 of the Ohio Golf Association’s Two-Man Best Ball tournament in Columbus.
Defending Senior Division champions David Clancy + Peter Betzold are on top of the leaderboard again after opening with a 6-under par 65, while three teams share the lead in the Super Senior Division with 68.
The 36-hole tournament resumes with the final round tomorrow morning at WHCC.
