Zoar Village Golf Course hosted the Labatt Senior Amateur Championship on Saturday. This one day tournament featured three age bracket divisions, which each division using different tee boxes.
Jeff Burge posted a two under par 70 to claim the champion crystal trophy in the 50-59 age group. Mark Mickley and George Allen tied for second at 74.
Paul Gordon claimed the champions trophy in the 60-69 group. His one stroke victory was earned with a birdie-birdie finish to shoot 70 and nip Jeff Dean and Tom Stack by one shot.
It was Joe Hedrick winning the 70+ age group with a fine three under par 69. Jim Tarter and Glenn Apple were tied second at 74.
