The Medina Bees put together their best round of the year as they defeated Mentor at Black Brook Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon.
Junior Alyssa Drehs claimed medalist honors with a two over par 37 to lead the way and Katherine Cassidy remained on a hot streak with a 41 on the day. Freshman Maddie Debnar’s 44 and Abbie Kaskey’s 45 closed out the scoring for Medina.
Mentor was led in scoring by Brittany Duplessis with a 51 and a pair of 52’s from Julia Bleck and Nicole Betz.
