The Lady Longhorns had their closest match of the year as they picked up another win to move to 6-0 on the season. A very good Chagrin Falls team kept it close all match, but the home field advantage was enough for the ‘Horns to go to 2-0 in CVC play. Senior Sam Webb continued where she left off yesterday with a stellar even par round. Webb collected her first eagle of the season in the second hole. She finished with 2 bogeys and 6 pars. Junior Callie Wabeke (46) continued her consistent play with great shots around the green. Senior Nadia Kauntz (48) got back on track and hit a team high 6 fairways. Sophomore Julia Colton (60) struggled on 3 holes but her score was good enough to give the Longhorns the win at home. Juniors Emma Collins and Ella Walden also got to play for the first time at the home course. Chagrin Falls was led by Chloe Steger with a fine 43 on the tough back nine of Red Tail.
