The unpredictable Ohio weather played a big factor in determining the Cleveland Metroparks’ 2025 Manakiki 2-Player Scramble champions: sun, storms, wind, and chill all came through the area during Saturday’s round in Willoughby Hills, which made for some difficult scoring conditions.
Ryan Stefanski + Mike Simpson took charge after back-to-back eagles on par-5 holes 12 and 13. They finished the tournament with a 9-under par 63 to take home the win. Colin Burns + Rick Deichert shot 64 to take second place, one shot behind.
The next event on the Cleveland Metroparks Golf schedule is the 2-Player Better Ball at Sleepy Hollow on Sunday, June 8.
