The Northern Ohio Golf Association hosted its PrimePay Net Series Four-Ball #2 on Monday at Silver Lake Country Club. Twenty-six teams participated in the tournament in what was an absolutely perfect day for golf.
Emily Baumgartner + Evan McCauley had everything working on Monday as they would cruise to a four shot victory at McCauley’s home course. The pairing had 10 net birdies total and only posted one bogey on the card throughout their round.
Jim Crandall + Tom Freeman would need every bit of their great start on the front-nine, as they would post a 4-under 32 going out. The pairing from Grey Hawk and Sharon Golf Club claimed the top spot in the Senior Division, sealing the deal even after taking a bogey on number 18.
In the Five Iron Golf Closest-to-the-Pin Contest at Silver Lake Country Club, John Pettit won the $250 Five Iron Golf Gift Card with the closest approach of the day to a foot on the 100-yard par-3 12th hole. This Five Iron Golf CTP contest will be run at every NOGA Net event in 2025, with a $250 card up for grabs each time.
The next event on the NOGA PrimePay Net Series schedule is the 2025 NOGA PrimePay Toledo Modified Scotch at Catawba Island Club on Monday, August 25th.
