Championship week at Firestone Country Club began in strong fashion with the 104th Ohio Open Pro-Am on Sunday, June 29, played on the North Course.
The annual event, which supports the Northern Ohio PGA Section Foundation, welcomed 20 teams made up of PGA Professionals and amateurs for a day of competitive golf and charitable purpose.
The team of TT Crouch, Darrin Kotecki, Jeff Evans, Kent Monas, and Jack Kastor took home top honors with a two-best-ball-of-five score of 109 (-35).

T-2nd – Evan Gray, Gary Gray, Chris Ferrante, Tyler MacLellan, Brian Klesch – 113 (-31)

4th – Tony Milam, Ron Milam, Mark Milam, Michael Milam, Bill Ferrell – 115 (-29)
The Pro-Am serves as a major fundraiser for the Northern Ohio PGA Section Foundation, which supports impactful programs including PGA HOPE, Clubs Fore Kids, junior golf scholarships, financial assistance for junior tournament play, and grants to community organizations using golf to enrich lives.

The 104th Ohio Open Championship officially begins Monday, June 30, with 288 players competing across Firestone’s Fazio and North Courses. The top 60 players and ties will advance to Wednesday’s final round on the iconic South Course.
