Janet Shaheen used her home course knowledge to emerge as the winner at the Women’s Akron District Golf Association tournament held at Alliance Country Club today, shooting an impressive Overall Low Gross score of 79 at the course where she is a member.
Cheri Gilbert, a member of Congress Lake Club, shot a net 71 to take the Overall Low Net title. She plays in Flight 4.
The next tournament on the 2025 WADGA schedule is July 14th at Medina Country Club.
