Medina’s Pete Skirpstas earned conditional status on the 2015 PGA Tour LatinoAmerica this week, finishing T17 in the Qualifying Tournament played at Sun N’ Lake GC in Sebring, FL.
Skirpstas posted rounds of 72-73-71-71 for a 1-under par 287 total. Full final results leaderboard here.
The top 13 and ties earned cards with full status from this qualifier, but the top 20 qualifiers played just about as often as desired in 2014. 2015 tournament schedule here.
After his final round, Pete posted the following message on Facebook:
“Wow what a crazy past few days! All the support everyone showed me really helped me get through the week and I cant thank yall enough! As a friend recently told me the “fabric of life, pretty cool stuff” and it truly is amazing.
