April golf in Ohio is usually chilly and rainy at best. In Florida, it’s guaranteed shirt sleeves and shorts. And there are many great courses in the place Golf Digest calls the “new home of pro golf” — Jupiter, Hobe Sound, Stuart, North Palm Beach.
So let’s get a big group of NEOH players together and knock off the rust!
The rates are affordable after April 1st as the winter season is finished. Between some specials available and the two local $20 skins games with reduced greens fees, there is great golf to be had every day for under $50. Courses like The Champions Club of Stuart (pictured), Hammock Creek, Martin Downs, Heritage Ridge, The Florida Club and more. Even some of the private clubs begin to offer access in April!
Here’s the plan: getting to FLA and back will be up to you; drive or fly into West Palm (PBI) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL). I will set up a group rate deal at a pair of nearby hotels, good and better, plus a handful of guys can stay with me at my house. I will arrange golf every day at the best course/rate possible, and run a game each day. We’ll keep the whole thing fun, casual, affordable.

Tell me a possible date range between April 1 – 15. Then I’ll work on arrangement options and I’ll send out an email with full details by March 1st.
