Gutting it out to the finish line in a third consecutive day of rain, Dylan Dunn defeated Jacob Halligan 2-up to win the A-Flight of the 2025 Cleveland Metroparks Golf Match Play Championship.
Halligan had a birdie putt on the 18th hole to put the pressure on Dunn, but Dylan made a birdie putt of his own at the last to put the match away.
Match Play qualifying medalist Luke Liberatore won the A-Flight consolation match after his opponent withdrew.

In the B-Flight, Josh Blaha defeated Thomas Decaro 5&4. Blaha was a late entry, getting into the event from the waitlist.
Dunn earned $500 in CMG Gift Cards for his victory; player finishes after that earned $350, $275, $225, and $150 respectively.
The next event on the Cleveland Metroparks Golf tournament schedule is the 2025 Ironwood Ironman 5-Club at Ironwood Golf Course in Hinckley on Saturday, May 10.
