Two long-time advocates for junior golf are joining forces.
The North Coast Junior Golf Tour (NCJT) and the Great Lakes Junior Golf Tour (GLJGT) are excited to announce a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing opportunities for junior golfers through enhanced programming, expanded access to events, and shared resources.
This collaboration marks an exciting step in advancing youth golf development and increasing accessibility to the sport for young athletes in the Great Lakes region. Through this partnership, the organizations will work together to create enhanced competitive playing opportunities, continue initiatives that promote character development, sportsmanship, and skill-building, and provide greater exposure to college golf opportunities.

The Great Lakes Junior Golf Tour shares the same enthusiasm.

This partnership will allow us to enhance both of our already successful programs and continue to grow the game for the next generation of golf” said Jay Willow of Great Lakes Junior Golf Tour. “Together, we will provide young golfers with an exceptional platform to grow, compete, and succeed.”
Key elements of the partnership include:
– One Membership: Allowing access to 35 tournaments and 13 JGS events.
– Expanded Tournament Options: Expanded competition opportunities for junior golfers at various skill levels.
– Enhanced World Ranking Events: Players will now have access to over a dozen events that will be used for international ranking on the Junior Golf Scoreboard, the place that college coaches go to find their next star recruit.
– Community Engagement & Leadership Training: Programs fostering sportsmanship, leadership, and personal growth.
The partnership between NCJT and GLJGT reflects a shared commitment to growing the game of golf and fostering an environment where young players can thrive both on and off the course.
