Sean Kenily (Union Country Club) and Blake Sattler (Brookside Country Club) shot 3-under-par 67 to win the Northern Ohio PGA Pro-Pro & Team Match Play Qualifier on Monday, May 4, 2026, at Firestone Country Club’s South Course.
Kenily and Sattler carded rounds of 33-34 with three birdies and no bogeys to post the low round of the day on a course that played long with fast greens. The victory comes one year after the duo finished in a five-way tie for first at the same event.
Three teams tied for second at 2-under 68: Michael Balcar (Brandywine Country Club) and Matt Urban (Brandywine Country Club), Greg Smith (Westbrook Country Club) and Jaysen Hansen (Tippecanoe Country Club), and Mike Stone (Belmont Country Club) and Steve Stone (McDivots Driving Range).
With the result, Kenily and Sattler earn the No. 2 seed in the season-long team match play bracket, while defending champions Jared Toom and Justin Roth hold the No. 1 seed.
The next Northern Ohio PGA team event is Club Car/Pepsi Stroke Play #1 at Westbrook Country Club in Mansfield.
