The Northern Ohio PGA is accepting entries for the 41st Ohio Senior Open Championship, one of the Section’s most historic and respected events.
The championship will take place May 27–28, 2026, at Firestone Country Club’s Fazio Course. Firestone has served as the longtime home of this championship since 1996, hosting nearly every playing of the event over the past three decades.
The 2026 Ohio Senior Open Championship will once again feature two competitive divisions:
– Main Division – Open to players age 50 and older, contested from the main tees (approximately 6,600 yards).
– Senior Plus Division – Open to players age 60 and older, contested from Firestone’s hybrid tees (approximately 6,100 yards).
Amateur Eligibility: The maximum handicap index for amateur competitors remains at 6.0 for the 2026 championship.
Entry Fees:
$285 – PGA Professionals and Amateurs
$335 – Non-PGA Professionals
The entry fee includes two rounds of competition, cart fees, lunch on both days, and full access to the practice facility.
Registration Deadline: Entries must be received by Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
The field is limited to the first 144 entries.
