The 7th Women’s Ohio Amateur Four-Ball took place Monday and Tuesday at Alliance Country Club in Alliance. The Women’s Ohio State Golf Association, in conjunction with the Northern Ohio Golf Association, hosted the annual event.
After round 1, multiple teams were in contention as 4 teams were within 4 strokes of the lead. Matilyn Zines + Angela Sims kept their day 1 momentum going and earned the Overall Gross Division title after carding a 5-over-par 76 for the final day.
Fiona Connor + Missy Gedeon successfully defended their Overall Net Division title. The pair carded a net 2-under, 69, in the brutal heat on Tuesday and secured the win by 3 strokes.
