The Women’s Ohio State Golf Association hosted round 1 of the 7th Women’s Ohio Amateur Four-Ball in conjunction with the Northern Ohio Golf Association at Alliance Country Club in Alliance on Monday.
Matilyn Zines + Angela Sims, from Hanoverton and New Middleton, respectively, led the Overall Gross Division after carding a 1-over-par 72.
Fiona Connor + Missy Gedeon are back and ready to claim their second consecutive Overall Net Division title. The pair carded an impressive net 9-under, 62, and have a 5-stroke lead heading into round 2.
