Springboro held their Invitational at Heatherwoode Golf Course on Thursday August 28. The field included 11 of the top 50 players in Ohio and six teams that participated in the State Championship in 2024.
Dublin Jerome ran away with the show, shooting a 296 as a team. Sycamore 320 and Springboro 323 rounded out the top 3.
The individual play was much closer, as defending D1 State champion, Eva Becerril birdied three of her last four holes to shoot 3-under par 68. Jodie Han, the number two ranked player in all of Ohio, finished -1 (70), and Ellie Hartung, who eagled her 17th hole to pull within one shot of the lead at the time, finished even par (71).
