An eagle-birdie start by Phil Bojc and a birdie at the last by Mike Simpson gave the duo the title at the Sleepy Hollow Better Ball on Sunday in Brecksville.
Bojc shot 69 on his own ball and Simpson made four birdies and a covering par to put together a 6-under par 65, good for a one shot victory over Ryan Stefanski + Ryan Gutowski. The two Ryans had a fitful start, making bogey at 2, 3 and 5 surrounded by birdies at both par-fives, then from the sixth hole on made six birdies.
