Blake Sattler of Brookside Country Club won the Championship Division and Sean Kenily of Union Country Club captured the Senior Division at the Northern Ohio PGA Club Car / Pepsi Stroke Play #2 on Monday, May 18, at Elyria Country Club.
Sattler posted a 5-under-par 67 on the par-72 William Flynn design to earn the title against a field of 98 players. Sattler carded four birdies and an eagle against one bogey in rounds of 34-33. Darin Hudak of Bowling Green State University finished second at 68, while Anthony Panepento of Canterbury Golf Club and Randy Dietz of Windmill Golf Center tied for third at 70.
Kenily fired a 3-under 69 to win the Senior Division after making seven birdies on the day. Tom Waitrovich, PGA of America Life Member, finished second at 70, while Mike Stone of Belmont Country Club placed third at even-par 72.
The next Northern Ohio PGA team event is the Pro-Assistants at Chagrin Valley Country Club followed by the 41st Ohio Senior Open.
